Hi. Inspired by our two children, my husband Bill and I founded 5 Nuts Snacks. It’s a personally developed line of healthy sweet snacks made with quality ingredients and they taste delicious. 

Each one is fair trade, non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher, and of course, there is nothing artificial.  Plus, proceeds from every sale benefit non-profits committed to giving children a better future. As our children grew, health and nutrition took on a whole new meaning. Health and wellness became even more important to us. So we began sneaking in some good, healthy stuff whenever possible. A serving has more protein than an egg, as much fiber as a bowl of oatmeal, omega-3s from flax, and half the sugar of other peanut butter cups. 5 Nuts has it all! Plus, it tastes so good no one would guess that they’re good for you too!

It’s better for your body and better tasting than you ever thought possible.  

After all, if our toddlers loves them, then you know they’re good!
